Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 tablespoon butter per piece
3 tablespoons of cheddar cheese
1 cup grated broccoli

Method

1. Rub the potatoes and make several holes with a fork, then put them in a dish
2. Cook at the maximum microwave temperature for 5 minutes. Stir and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. When the potatoes soften, remove them from the microwave and cut them in half
3. Add the remaining cheese and sour cream with vegetables, and serve.
